Rockingham Cooperative’s history also includes the histories of its acquired cooperatives and individual businesses, including: Dayton Feeds, Shenandoah Cooperative, Highland Cooperative, Rockingham Milling Company, Draft Feed & Supply, Stuarts Draft Ace Hardware & Mariine, Roanoke Cooperative, Strasburg Farm & Home, and Verona Ace Hardware. Rockingham Cooperative, as well as the above-mentioned acquisitions and their respective histories, has grown into Rockingham Cooperative and its family of 14 locations that have proudly served agriculture for over 100 years.
